Mobile wallets are one of the latest innovations with a considerable potential to change how consumers make purchases and enhance their shopping experiences. However, diffusion has been much slower than initially anticipated, particularly in countries such as UK where present study was conducted. The services offered by mobile wallet have be secure, reliable, constantly available. Any problems during use likely affect consumers’ perceived value level satisfaction service providers. This identifies key drivers deterrents adoption. utilizes mixed-method research design gain deeper insights understanding studied phenomena. Accordingly, findings firmly grounded empirical evidence. conceptual model blends existing new ideas emanating from real-life experiences participants. Our confirm important role all factors considered model: they affected directly and/or indirectly intention adopt explained substantial portion its variance. In addition enriching knowledge on consumer behavior toward innovations, our provide valuable marketers retailers helping them effective decisions regarding this recent innovation for benefit stakeholders involved.
